Rocco Disperito’s new cookbook NOW EAT THIS! ITALIAN is by far my favorite Christmas present I’ve gotten in a few years. This cookbook recounts his visit to Salerno, Italy where he worked with many Italian “mamas” – whether a chef or an amazing home cook, these “mamas” made some amazing dishes. Rocco, the adorably fit Italian man that he is, took their homemade recipes and adapted them to a healthier version. They are absolutely delicious and I don’t mind seeing him in my kitchen while I cook either, mmm hmmm.
